A native of Covington, Georgia, Julia Cotton joined the Coxen Firm in 2021. Mrs. Cotton attended the University of North Georgia where she received her associates degree in Political Science.

 

Mrs. Cotton currently resides in Covington, Georgia with her husband, Kyle, and son, Lanier.
